My family and I had first our first transatlantic cruise into Southampton cruise port, Andy our driver from Black Fleet London had great communication with me about arrivals and times, even with a slight adjustment on our part, he was very accommodating and met us right in front of the arrivals. The 2 hour drive into London was very smooth and we were dropped off right at the entrance to our hotel. Vehicle a black Mercedes Benz passenger van was very clean and spacious.
We also had arranged for a trip from the hotel to the airport, Andy was our driver for that trip as well, again great communication. Our Black Fleet driver arrived a little earlier than the booked time, was professionally dressed and a great conversationalist. Car was very clean and tidy. Water bottles supplied. As it was raining, he dropped us in an area to ensure we wouldn’t get wet. Excellent service, would definitely recommend. I booked based on previous reviews.
